Refunds, corrections, refusals, damaged shipment reports, and order issues are reviewed manually by the owner.

Chain-of-custody

Because products are controlled research catalog items, the owner may require order records, delivery status, photos, lot details, and communication history before resolving a request.

Non-returnable conditions

Opened, mishandled, improperly stored, or chain-of-custody-compromised items may be refused according to owner review and applicable terms.
